What this archive keeps, and what it does not.
Stories by Campfire is a personal life archive. Stories, interviews, and Life Graph records stay in the archive you create. They are not sold, and they are not used to train public models.
We store the account you sign in with (email, display name, authentication secrets) and the content you add: people, places, memories, interviews, and files you point us at. Family sharing only includes what a member explicitly shares into a family feed.
You can export your archive from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account. Session sign-in lives in your browser; we do not use advertising trackers on these pages.
Interviews default to a local model on this server. If an administrator turns on Grok or ChatGPT for Interview, answers in that session go to that provider so Aria can ask follow-ups. Stories by Campfire still does not train on them, and search embeddings stay local. Interview can be switched back to Local (Ollama) in Admin.
